One phone call in the summer of 2005 brought a tremendous blessing into my life. A man called and asked to schedule a reading, but quite unlike others who called for the same reason, he asked if he could bring his guru as well. "He is traveling throughout America and is most interested in experiencing what an American psychic does." An encounter with an Indian guru fascinated me, so I told the devotee, "Sure bring him along."
The man called back five minutes later. "Might I bring some others, perhaps five more," he inquired. I agreed, hung up the phone, and then realized I had done hundreds of one-on-one readings but never a group. Now must be the right time, I thought, didn't stress at all, and simply pushed eight chairs into my reading room on the morning of our meeting.
Guruji arrived, and the entire group entered my home. They were beautiful, and while we made acquaintances I knew something wonderful awaited us.
I do not share the details of readings, but I will say that we spent two hours in the room completely enveloped. When the session ended, Guruji and I talked of another meeting, exchanged information, and they left. Five minutes later there was a knock on my door.
Apparently Guruji's wife -tired from so much travel - was asleep in the backseat the whole time. They told her what was said and she wanted to return. Very politely they asked if we could continue the reading for her. Mataji was just as lovely as her husband and his devotees.
I meet with Guruji, Mataji, and whichever devotees desire a reading once a year. Throughout the year Guruji has others make a few phone calls to me, always to let me know what he is praying for on my behalf. He is simply amazing, and I trust in the power of his offerings to me. I feel a great affection and devotion to our cultivated friendship. In time, I will travel to India and visit him in his element. Spending time at one of his ashrams is a dream I will realize in the coming years. Meeting his beautiful family -all of which have stellar energy, and are the main focus of Mataji's questions - will be part of my journey in the coming years.
